So the strangest thing happened today ... A family friend who lives in my great grandparents old house called me today and said she found something in her attic that I would want .... My grandpa Bobby told my grandma Virginia that he burnt her wedding dress when they got divorced.. we all was told this our whole lives always thought it a terrible and mean thing to do to her... He went to his grave never telling us the truth that he really never burned it but hid it instead in the attic of his parents house ... I have had her wedding hat since I was 13 yrs old and always wished I had her dress to go with it ... Today it was reunited with me it's in perfect condition and I couldn't be more over the moon about it ...
